Desc: In the Head: A troubled veteran suffering from PTSD, finds solace in watching gore-filled B-Horror films. But, he slips deeper and deeper into depression. He begins to act out in a violent manner. One day, his sister tries to reach out to him and begs him to get the help he needs. They have a big fight and he has a breakdown. The next day, he decides he wants help. He calls his sister to apologize. But, can't reach her! He cleans up and heads out to her house. But, what he finds is a world overrun with the undead. Still reeling from his mental breakdown. He is unsure if this is real or in his head. But, after coming across one of the undead. He decides that he will reach his sister's house no matter what. Even if it means killing. Thus starts his bloody trek across town to find his sister. But, is he really seeing zombies or is it all in his head?
